The demo for 'Corrupt State' was recorded by Steve Strange with Logan Sky in the summer of 2014. It explores states of corruption: politically, psychologically, spiritually and even digitally. The song reveals an aspect of Steve Strange few have seen before, a defiant and revolutionary tone. This angry and questioning statement is made more intriguing by the fact that it is spoken by a pop and fashion icon, someone more usually associated with club life and the flash of a camera. The track is full of cinematic synths from Logan and a haunting female vocal from Daphne Guinness.
